The Heritage approach
A repair should fit the floor.
I look at the wood species, board dimensions, age, and surrounding color before replacing anything. Where possible, I lace boards into the existing floor and blend the repair during refinishing. I’ll be clear about what can and can’t be matched.
You’ll work directly with me, Sterling, from the first walkthrough to the finished floor.
