Hardwood installation
Solid and engineered flooring for new homes and remodels, with layout, acclimation, and installation method planned for the material and site.
I work with builders and remodeling contractors who need someone they can talk to directly about the hardwood. Let’s get the scope, site conditions, and schedule sorted out early.
Send the plans or scope, flooring material, location, and target schedule. We’ll work through subfloor readiness, moisture conditions, acclimation, and how the floor meets the rest of the job.
I’ll put my scope and price in writing. We’ll agree on what needs to be ready, who handles which details, and when other trades can return to the space.

Connect new hardwood to an existing floor. I’ll check species, dimensions, condition, and finish before we agree on the approach.
Sanding, stain samples, finish coats, and repair work. We’ll coordinate access and drying time with the rest of your schedule.

Hardwood needs the right site conditions, and finish needs time. We’ll discuss other trades, access, protection, and cure time before setting dates. If conditions change, I’ll communicate what that means for the work.
