Floor assessment
I look for thin spots, stains, loose boards, and old patches before deciding how to sand the floor.
Worn finish, years of scratches, or a stain color you’re ready to change. I sand and refinish hardwood floors across Southwest Montana.
I start by checking the remaining wood thickness, damage, and any old repairs. If the floor can be sanded, we’ll work through the color and finish together. Stain samples on your wood make that choice easier.
You’ll work directly with me, Sterling, from the first walkthrough to the finished floor.

Keep the natural color or try stain samples. We’ll look at them alongside your woodwork and in the room’s own light.
We’ll compare sheen, durability, and cure time, then choose a finish that fits how you use the home.
